This hands-on workshop focuses on the elements behind the cocktails—house made elixirs, simmers, fgarnishes, and flavor-driven rimmers that define the Never Blue approach.
Participants will create components for three signature Never Blue cocktails, learning how to build layered, balanced flavors using fresh ingredients and techniques developed through years in the kitchen and bar. Emphasis is placed on flavor, restraint, and the small details that elevate a drink.
Throughout the session, participants will taste and evaluate the elements created, gaining a deeper understanding of how each component contributes to the finished cocktail.
Each participant prepares and takes home a selection of cocktail elements, including bottled syrups and components, along with a printed recipe booklet.
Participants will also take home a sealed, ready-to-enjoy version of each cocktail created during the class to enjoy later.
