By using the Marigold Art Collective website and booking our classes or services, you agree to the following terms.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

Full payment is required to secure your spot. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellations made 5 or more days in advance will receive the dollar amount paid towards a future class or merchandise credit. Cancellations in less than 5 days of the event are non-refundable. Marigold reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

CONDUCT

We ask that all guests be respectful of the space, the materials, and one another. Marigold reserves the right to ask anyone to leave who disrupts the experience for others. All classes are 18 years and older unless otherwise specied. On occasion special circumstances can be made but must be pre-approved by the instructor via a phone call.

Marigold Art Collective is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during participation in our classes or events beyond what is required by law.
